Our focus is to provide athletes we work with to realistically find the right place to continue their career at the NEXT level. We build relationships with college coaches and colleges who are looking for players that work hard in the classroom, skilled fundamentally, have high character, positive examples in the community, great work ethic and are great teammates.
To be considered a “recruited prospective student-athlete”, athletes must be approached by a college coach or representative about participating in that college's athletic program. NCAA guidelines specify how and when they can be contacted. Letters, telephone calls, and in-person conversations are limited to certain frequency and dates during and after the student's junior year. The NCAA also determines when the athletes can be contacted by dividing the year into four recruiting and non-recruiting periods:
During a contact period a college coach may have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents, watch student-athletes compete and visit their high schools, and write or telephone student-athletes or their parents during this time.
College coach may only have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents on the college’s campus. A coach may not watch student-athletes compete or visit their high schools. Coaches may write or telephone college-bound student-athletes or their parents during this time.
College coach may not have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents, and may not watch student-athletes compete or visit their high schools. Coaches may write and telephone student-athletes or their parents during a dead period.

The NCAA Clearinghouse is a essential step for any high school athlete who wishes to compete in college athletics. It is a process by which the NCAA reviews a student-athlete’s academic and athletic credentials to determine their eligibility to compete at the collegiate level.
